Through subscriptions only: CapitalReach takes no fee on any round. Listing a startup is free. The first 50 founders get Scale and the first 50 investors get Pro, free for life; everyone after them pays for the plan they choose, monthly or yearly, once paid plans go on sale.
The first 50 founders and the first 50 investors with real accounts get the top plan free for as long as their account exists: Scale for founders, Pro for investors. A founder takes a place when their first listing is approved and goes live. An investor takes one on finishing the investor declaration as a resident of the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, where the directory is open. Team members on that company or investor profile get the same plan. Demo accounts never take a place. From member 51 on each side the normal prices apply, once paid plans go on sale.
Nothing is billed today: no plan can be bought yet, so there is nothing to cancel. Once paid plans go on sale, monthly plans can be cancelled at any time to the end of the month, and annual plans to the end of their twelve months; section 6 of the Terms sets out what happens after that.
Investor plans will start with a 14-day free trial once paid plans open. It needs a card and is once per account.
At onboarding, each investor chooses the description that fits them under EU rules: professional client, private investor with experience, or private investor. CapitalReach records the answer and its date. It does not check it, and the answer changes nothing an investor can see or do here.
